As Africa’s gas sector enters a decisive execution phase, transitioning from a longer long-term potential, technocrats in the sector are billed to participate at the Africa Gas Forum at this year’s Africa Energy Indaba Week.
Scheduled for March, the event is expected to be a working forum focused on LNG terminals, pipelines, LPG access, gas-to-power and industrial demand, the assets to define Southern Africa’s energy security over the next decade.
In addition, the forum will be where policy meets projects, infrastructure meets investment, and regional gas ambitions turn into bankable reality.
“This is not another high-level debate,” said the organisers.
Meanwhile the Africa Energy Indaba Week hosts various energy conferences offering B2B Connect (networking) sessions.
